Cancellation Policy
All services have a 24- hour cancellation policy. When you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, it creates an unused appointment slot that could have been filled by another client. In the event of a late cancellation the fee is $50, and a no show/no call missed appointment will be charged in full. An invoice will be sent via Square.
Late arrival may affect how much of the service can be completed. I understand things happen and I will do my best to accommodate you during the time we have together.
